AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND PRIMEWASH EXPRESS CAR WASH

The PrimeWash Express Car Wash website (primewashexpress.com) is operated by PrimeWash Express Car Wash. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this agreement without modification. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

PrimeWash Express reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

SERVICE DISCLAIMER — WASH RESULTS AND VEHICLE CONDITIONS

PrimeWash Express provides drive-thru car wash services on an "as-is" basis with respect to each customer's vehicle at the time of service. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Results May Vary. Wash results depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the type, age, and condition of the vehicle's paint and finish, the nature and extent of soiling, prior damage or wear, and the wash package selected. PrimeWash Express does not guarantee any specific wash result or level of cleanliness.

Pre-Existing Conditions. PrimeWash Express is not responsible for damage to vehicles that is pre-existing at the time of service, including but not limited to scratches, chips, dents, rust, worn or peeling paint, loose trim or molding, cracked glass, existing mechanical issues, or non-factory modifications. Customers with pre-existing damage use our services at their own risk.

Touchless Service Requests. Touchless washing is available upon request. Customers who choose the standard brush wash service do so voluntarily. PrimeWash Express maintains its equipment to manufacturer standards; however, results on vehicles with delicate, aged, or custom paint finishes may vary.

Vehicle Suitability. Some vehicle types, sizes, or configurations may not be suitable for our wash tunnel. Our team reserves the right to decline service for any vehicle that may present a safety or operational concern.

Damage Claims. Any claim of wash-related vehicle damage must be reported to a PrimeWash Express team member before leaving the premises. PrimeWash Express cannot accept responsibility for damage claims reported after the customer has left the facility.

PROMOTIONS, PRICING, AND OFFERS

All prices, promotional offers, discounts, and special rates displayed on the PrimeWash Express website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Published prices are for informational purposes only and may not reflect current in-location pricing at all times.

Promotional offers are limited-time, subject to availability, and may be modified or discontinued at the sole discretion of PrimeWash Express. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. PrimeWash Express reserves the right to limit quantities, eligibility, or duration of any promotional offer.

Membership plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Plan pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice to active members. Current pricing at the time of enrollment governs your membership until such time as a pricing change is communicated.

In the event of a pricing discrepancy between the website and the in-location price board, the in-location price board shall be considered the current and accurate price. Please see an associate for current pricing and promotion details.

MEMBERSHIP PLANS AND RECURRING BILLING

PrimeWash Express offers unlimited car wash membership plans subject to separate enrollment terms presented at the time of sign-up. By enrolling in a membership plan, you agree to the recurring billing terms disclosed during enrollment, including the monthly charge, cancellation policy, and plan modification procedures.

Membership plans are managed through our membership portal. To cancel, modify, or transfer a membership, customers must visit a PrimeWash Express location in person or follow the procedures outlined in the membership enrollment agreement. PrimeWash Express does not offer refunds for partial months of membership service.

PrimeWash Express reserves the right to modify membership plan pricing, features, or availability with reasonable advance notice to enrolled members. Continued use of the membership following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SECURITY CAMERAS AND MEDIA

PrimeWash Express facilities use security cameras and recording equipment for the safety of our customers, staff, and property. By entering our facilities, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded by security and operational cameras.

From time to time, PrimeWash Express may capture photographs or video of vehicles at our facilities for operational, marketing, or promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to have your vehicle featured in marketing content, please notify a PrimeWash Express associate prior to receiving service.

PrimeWash Express will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing or publishing images in which individuals are clearly and personally identifiable without their consent.
