Return & Refund Policy

At PrimeWash Express, our goal is your complete satisfaction. This policy outlines how refund and service concern requests are handled across all of our locations.

SINGLE WASH PURCHASES

All single wash purchases are final. Once a vehicle has entered and completed the wash tunnel, the service is considered rendered. Refund requests for single wash purchases are handled at the sole discretion of PrimeWash Express management.

If you are unsatisfied with your wash result, please speak with a team member or manager on site before leaving the premises. We are committed to making things right and will review each situation individually.

 

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP PLANS

Membership plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. There are no refunds for unused periods once a billing cycle has been processed. Your membership remains active and usable through the end of your current billing period following cancellation.

To cancel, modify, or transfer your membership, please visit your nearest PrimeWash Express location in person. Refund requests related to membership billing are handled at the sole discretion of PrimeWash Express management.

GIFT CARDS

Gift card purchases and balances are handled at the sole discretion of PrimeWash Express management. For questions regarding gift card purchases, please contact your nearest location directly.

Please note: Gift cards cannot be used toward the purchase of Unlimited Wash Club memberships or other gift cards.

 

VEHICLE DAMAGE CLAIMS

Any claim of wash-related vehicle damage must be reported to a PrimeWash Express team member or manager before leaving the premises. PrimeWash Express cannot accept responsibility for damage claims reported after the customer has left the facility.

PrimeWash Express is not responsible for damage to vehicles that is pre-existing at the time of service, including but not limited to scratches, chips, dents, worn or peeling paint, loose trim or molding, cracked glass, or non-factory modifications.
